Quick And Easy Everyday Card, No Sentiment

Today's card is a quick and easy one. You can add most any sentiment to it.

Step 1: Cut a 8 1/2" x 5 1/2"  sheet of Whisper White cardstock. Score at 4 1/4".

Step 2: Cut a piece of Pumpkin Pie cardstock into 5 1/2" x 2". Take the Scallop border punch and punch along the 5 1/2" side.

Step 3: Use the small circular stamp from the Hello Lovely Stamp Set, and stamp a small piece of Whisper White cardstock in Pumpkin Pie.

Step 4: Punch out the image with the 1 inch circle punch, or the 1 3/8" circle punch. Sponge the edges of the circle with Baked Brown Sugar.

Step 5: Cut a piece of Chocolate Chip cardstock into 3 1/2" x 1", tear a small edge and adhere to the Pumpkin Pie cardstock.

Step 6: Add the circle to the card with a dimensional.

Step 7: Sponge the remainder of the card lightly with the edge slightly darker.

Simple Thank You Cards

Recently I used the retired stamp set "Just Believe" to create a few simple yet bright and cheery thank you cards.I started by stamping the tall grass on a 2 1/2" x 5" piece of whisper white cardstock item#100730 in classic black ink item#126980.
Then I took a sponge dauber item#102892, one for each ink color, and create my colorful background in a circular motion. I used the following classic ink colors:real red item#126949, pumpkin pie item#126945, summer sun (retired), green galore (retired), marina mist item#126962, and a children's ink purple (retired). Once the colors dried, I used a Uni-Ball Signo Gel Pen item#105021, to add accents to the tall grass and plants.
I then matted the whisper white piece onto the black cardstock item#121045 sized 5 1/4" x 3".
Next, I adhered the black cardstock piece to the card base. The card base is summer sun (retired) cut at 8 1/2" x 5 x 1/2" and scored at 4 1/4".
And lastly, I stamped "Thank You" on a piece of whisper white that was punched with the Large Oval punch item#119855 and mounted it on a piece of only orange (retired)that was punched with the Decorative Label punch item#120907.
