Impatiently Waiting ...

One of my favorite things about demonstrating again is rediscovering that excitement of opening a new catalog and feeling inspired by all the creative possibilities.

I can’t wait to start creating with these products and sharing scrapbook layouts, cards, and project ideas with all of you as time permits. Be sure to check back regularly because I’ll be posting new creative inspiration throughout the year. I am currently waiting for my new goodies to arrive.

I’d also love to hear from you, what are your favorite new items from the catalog so far?

My Top 3 Favorite New Items from the Stampin’ Up! Catalog!

Every time a new catalog from Stampin' Up! is released, I tell myself I’m only going to pick a few favorites… and every single time that proves impossible! There are so many beautiful new products, creative ideas, and inspiring collections in this catalog.

After spending time flipping through the pages and watching the catalog walkthrough, I finally narrowed it down to my current top three favorite new items. Of course, this list could probably change tomorrow because there are so many amazing choices, but these are the products that immediately stood out to me and sparked my creativity.

1. Beautiful Designer Series Paper Collections

If you know me, you know patterned paper is always one of my favorite parts of any catalog! The new Designer Series Paper collections are absolutely gorgeous this season. From soft florals to bold patterns and beautiful color combinations, there are so many options perfect for both scrapbook layouts and handmade cards.

I especially love how versatile the papers are. Some designs work beautifully for memory keeping, while others are perfect for layering on cards, tags, journals, and mini albums. I already have several scrapbook layout ideas planned using these collections!

2. Coordinating Scrapbooking Products

One thing I am especially excited about is seeing more products that work wonderfully for scrapbooking. As someone who loves preserving family memories, travel adventures, and everyday moments, I appreciate products that make memory keeping easier and more creative.

The coordinating collections make it simple to pull together layouts with matching papers, embellishments, stamps, and dies. I love when everything coordinates because it takes the stress out of designing and lets the creativity flow.

You will definitely be seeing these products featured in upcoming scrapbook layouts here on the blog!

3. New Embellishments and Finishing Touches

Can we talk about embellishments for a moment? The new gems, ribbons, enamel dots, and decorative accents in this catalog are so fun! Sometimes those little finishing touches are what truly bring a project to life.

I’m especially excited about adding dimension and sparkle to cards and scrapbook pages with these new accessories. Even a simple layout or card can feel extra special with the right embellishments.

I also love how easy they make it to customize projects for different themes, seasons, and occasions.

Happy Crafting!

The new catalog from Stampin’ Up! is here, and if you haven’t had a chance to flip through it yet, I highly encourage you to watch the newest catalog walkthrough video from the Stampin’ Up! home office team!

While this isn’t my personal walkthrough, I still wanted to share it because it is such a wonderful overview of all the beautiful new products, inspiring project ideas, gorgeous paper collections, coordinating embellishments, stamps, dies, and so much more. The home office team does an amazing job highlighting some of the standout products and creative possibilities inside the catalog.

As someone returning to crafting and demonstrating again after several busy years, watching this walkthrough has me feeling inspired and excited all over again. There are so many products I cannot wait to use in future scrapbook layouts and handmade cards!

Coming Back to Creativity: My Return to Stampin’ Up!

After several busy years away, I am so excited to share that I am officially returning as a demonstrator with Stampin' Up!

Life has changed so much since I last actively shared my paper crafting journey. During my time away, I stepped back into full-time work outside the home, completed my doctorate degree, earned two additional master’s degrees, and had the incredible opportunity to live in three different countries. It has been a season filled with growth, change, challenges, and unforgettable experiences.

Even with all of those exciting milestones, creativity never truly left my heart.

Scrapbooking and cardmaking have always been more than hobbies for me. They are a way to preserve memories, tell stories, celebrate everyday moments, and create something meaningful with my hands. No matter how busy life became, I always found myself drawn back to beautiful papers, stamps, layouts, and the joy that comes from creating.

Now that life has settled into a new rhythm, I am thrilled to reconnect with this creative community again.

As I begin this new chapter, I plan to regularly share scrapbook layouts, handmade cards, creative inspiration, and project ideas as time permits. Some weeks may be busier than others, but my goal is to consistently make space for creativity and share that journey with all of you along the way.

You can expect:

  • Scrapbooking layouts featuring family memories and travel adventures
  • Handmade cards for holidays, birthdays, and everyday encouragement
  • Creative inspiration using Stampin’ Up! products
  • Tips, ideas, and simple ways to make time for creativity in a busy life

I’m especially excited to combine the experiences I’ve had over the past several years with my love for paper crafting. Living in different countries and balancing work, education, and family has given me so many stories and memories to document.

Thank you for being here as I return to this creative space. Whether you have followed my journey for years or are just discovering my blog, I’m grateful you’re here.

Here’s to fresh starts, creative moments, and making memories one page at a time.

Happy crafting!

Summer Card Swap-Now Open

Summer Card Swap 2014

You will mail in 5 full 5 ½” x 4 ¼” cards and receive back 5 full cards.

Use only Current Stampin’ Up! stamps, cardstock, designer paper, and embellishments. Which means the stamp set, colors and designer series paper you use must be in the current catalog.

You can choose any theme, all 5 of your cards can be there same or different, that is your choice.

Please sign your work with something removable such as a post-it note for each card. Place your cards in a Ziploc type bag labeled with your name.

Remember, this is for FULL cards, not fronts. Please do your best work.

Deadline: Must be in my hands by August 15th! I will swap and get them back in the mail within 3 days. If you know you are going on vacation, please mail them off prior to leaving.

Mailing: Place your cards in a Ziploc type bag labeled with your name. Please include a self addressed stamped envelope with enough postage as it took to mail to me plus 2 extra stamps just in case (these will be returned if not needed). No Dated Metered Postage - anything that has a date on it will not work. I will provide priority envelope if you do not have one if you choose to have yours sent back that way.

MAILING TIPS:  Put YOUR return address on your envelope.  This eliminates packages coming back to me if for some reason you've not included enough postage for your envelope.

NOTE: I will send your extra stamps back if they are not needed.

You do not need to send an envelope with your card unless you just want to, especially if you like to decorate your envelopes to match your cards.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask, I am more than happy to answer all questions. I would rather you ask, then not know.

Flamingo Lingo-Ronald McDonald House Program Stamp Set

For those of you that like to help give to charities, what a better way to help than to give to the Ronald McDonald House.

Each year Stampin' Up! has one stamp set, that they choose for such a deserving charity.

For each of these stamp sets sold, The Ronald McDonald House receives $3.00.

Please think about adding it to your order.
