A Whimsical Day with Pooh: My Latest Scrapbooking Layout 🐻🍯
There’s something truly magical about capturing a day at Tokyo Disneyland, especially when it includes a spin through the charming world of Winnie the Pooh. I’m so excited to share my newest scrapbooking layout, inspired by the delightful Pooh’s Hunny Hunt ride and brought to life with some of my favorite Stampin’ Up! supplies.
The photos in this layout come straight from one of the most enchanting attractions in Tokyo Disneyland. From the playful honey pots to the pastel-colored dreamscape of the Hundred Acre Wood, every picture felt like it deserved a soft, storybook-style home. I wanted this page to reflect that gentle whimsy, that feeling you get drifting along with Pooh and friends in search of honey.
To complement the dreamy scenes, I turned to the Silly Old Bear collection by Stampin’ Up!, which was the perfect choice for this theme. The patterns evoke classic Pooh nostalgia with subtle textures and playful motifs.
I paired the patterned papers with a carefully coordinated cardstock palette:
- Peaceful Pine – grounding the layout with a deep, earthy contrast
- Barely Blush – adding softness and a warm, delicate undertone
- Hydrangea Hue – bringing in a whimsical pop of pastel blue
Together, these colors mimic the ride’s blend of cozy woodland charm and imaginative fantasy.
What I love most about this layout is how it captures not just the visuals, but the feeling of the ride, the gentle motion, the dreamy colors, and that unmistakable Disney magic. Scrapbooking isn’t just about preserving photos; it’s about reliving the moment every time you turn the page.
This layout quickly became one of my favorites. The Silly Old Bear collection paired beautifully with the soft cardstock tones, making it easy to bring a cohesive, storybook look to life. If you’re working with whimsical or theme park photos, don’t be afraid to lean into soft colors and playful patterns, they can truly transform your page into something magical.
